West Houston Dryer Vent, LLC formally opened its doors May, 2011 with the intention of becoming the best services company in Houston, Texas and surrounding communities. Having been a victim of what a clogged dryer vent can do to a home and going through the difficulties of finding someone to help who was honest presented a need for a professional dryer vent cleaning company in Houston. As a first

time business owner, we really did our homework during the setup process of the company. We had expectations of what we wanted when a services company came to our home, but was it the same with other families? We created a small survey and stood in front of grocery stores in the evenings and on weekends to really determine what people wanted when it came to service. Our findings were similar to our expectations; people wanted honesty, timeliness, communication, and up front pricing. We threw in a dash of professionalism and started building our business. Our four pillars of our company came from that survey:

1. Honesty at all times making it easy on the customer and ourselves. Communication is a key component to any organization working with consumers. How hard is it to relay time of arrivals and to clearly explain our processes and work being completed?

3. Up front pricing is usually a welcome sign with our customers. Keeping things uncomplicated and straight forward works for everyone. No hidden fees, no bait and switch.

4. Professionalism should be a part of any business. Our technicians actually care about what service they are performing in your home. Everyone here knows that it is our privilege to be allowed to service your home.
