Event Booking Information Thank you for considering our venue for your upcoming event. Below are the details regarding our booking policy and available packages: **Rental Fee:** The total cost for the venue is $1,000 for a 5-hour duration. This amount must be paid in full on the day of the event, prior to the start of the party. **Deposit:** A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded after the event, provided the venue is left clean and undamaged. Please note that glass bottles are strictly prohibited. **Additional Hours:** If you wish to extend your event, additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. **Guest Policy:** Open invitation parties are not allowed. We reserve the right to terminate the event without a refund in case of overcrowding. **Third-Party Vendors:** We kindly ask that you consult with us before bringing in any third-party vendors. **Package Includes:** - 10 tables - 41 chairs - 2 coolers - Mini fridge - Outdoor kitchen - 2 restrooms (one with a shower) - Pool toys - Bluetooth speaker - Fan **Cancellation Policy:** Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we can assist with rescheduling based on availability. If cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. **Capacity and Music Policy:** The venue has a maximum capacity of 60-80 guests. The DJ should conclude by 11 PM, but you may continue playing music through the television. **Personal Belongings:** We are not responsible for any personal items left on the premises after 24 hours.
