MDS Home Cleanings Houston-based residential cleaning service owned and operated by Shelly Mediano, with daughter Tiffany providing digital marketing to the public!

We service small 1 Bed x 1 Bath apartments as well as larger square footage homes. Shelly provides weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings for residential spaces as well as move out cleans for those looking to refresh their old space whether it is to sell the home or just leave the apartment as clean and tidy as it was the day you moved in! Our cleanings include but are not limited to:

Floor clea

nings: sweeping, mopping or vacuuming if carpeted

Dusting and wipe down of: ceilings fans, indoor blinds, doors and baseboards as well as furniture as needed

Kitchen Clean: countertops, sink and basic appliance cleanings

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: bed sheets & decorative towels laundered (where it is applicable – in home W/D required)

*Supplies & tools provided unless otherwise requested*

We offer cleaning services on an appointment basis, with a $25 deposit which will go towards your cleaning. Should you need to cancel, the deposit will be refundable if made aware 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you prefer to reschedule, your deposit will go to your next appointment. Any repeat/consecutive cancellations or reschedules, will result in no services offered in the future - as a small businesses time is far and few to misuse so please respect MDS Home Cleanings as we do the same for you. We look forward to crisping up your home for the new season!

Here we have before and after photos of a cleaning done by Shelly Mediano. It was a 3 bed & 2 1/2 bath townhome, with wood flooring throughout most of the home, while there was tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. She performed a move out clean from ceiling to floor!
