Meet Athar 🤍
Athar serves as the Executive Director and Marketing Coordinator for Fixch Cleans, helping oversee operations, client communications, business development, and marketing efforts. She is passionate about helping the company grow and supporting both the team and clients every step of the way.

What Athar enjoys most about her role is building systems, creating opportunities for growth, and helping ensure every client has a positive experience. She treats Fixch Cleans as if it were her own business because she genuinely cares about its success and the people behind it.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning new skills, working on creative projects, and helping local businesses grow through branding and marketing.

Her favorite part of Fixch Cleans is seeing the impact the team makes in clients’ lives and watching the company continue to grow.

Meet Erika 🤍

Erika is a dedicated member of the Fixch Cleans team who brings positive energy, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others into every home she cleans. She loves creating peaceful, welcoming spaces and finds joy in turning chaos into calm for her clients.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, playing darts, working out, and encouraging other women to stay active and move their bodies.

She is known for her speed, attention to detail, and caring approach. Erika wants clients to know that she shows up with compassion, good energy, and zero judgment because she understands that life gets busy and sometimes a helping hand can make all the difference.

One of her favorite parts about working at Fixch Cleans is being surrounded by supportive, goal-driven women who encourage one another and work together as a team.

Her favorite thing to clean is floors because she sees them as the finishing touch that brings all of the hard work together and completes the transformation of a space.

Meet - Destanee’ 🤍

Destanee’ is a hardworking and detail-oriented member of the Fixch Cleans team who takes pride in creating clean, peaceful spaces for clients. She is currently in college working toward her Bachelor’s in Allied Health and an Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Sonography.

Outside of work, she enjoys going on walks, working out, cooking, and watching movies. She especially enjoys seeing a space go from chaotic to refreshed, particularly in busy family homes and homes with pets where the transformation feels even more rewarding.

One of her favorite parts about the job is hearing positive feedback from clients after a long clean and working alongside a team of strong, hardworking women. She is known for her speed, attention to detail, and thorough work.

Bathrooms are her favorite spaces to clean because she loves knowing clients can experience freshness and comfort in one of the most important spaces in their home.
