Experienced Independent Cleaners Wanted – Partner with Sisterhood of the Traveling Cleaners
Sisterhood of the Traveling Cleaners is a well-established, women-led company specializing in high-end Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers across northern Michigan. We are expanding our team of professional independent cleaners and looking for reliable partners who want steady, well-paid work with a company that values quality and independence.
We’re looking for cleaners who:
• Have solid experience with Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers (including deep cleans and detailed changeovers)
• Own their own supplies and equipment
• Carry their own general liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)
• Are professional, reliable, and take pride in 5-star results
• Are comfortable traveling within our service area (Houghton Lake, Higgins Lake, Grayling, Ga***rd, Boyne City, Hale, St. Helen, and surrounding counties)
• Want to collaborate with an established company rather than scramble for work on their own
What we offer:
• Consistent work during peak and shoulder seasons
• Same-day or next-day pay

We no longer accept just seasonal clients.
Our Sisterhood team depends on consistent, year-round work in this industry. That’s why we only take on owners who want reliable service throughout the entire year — not just during the busy months.
When a property is added to our schedule before or after peak, we have the time to learn it properly, set up strong systems, and give it the priority and quality it deserves once the season gets busy.
Because of this, we will not be taking on new clients once peak season is underway.
