One of our Airbnb clients had their dock displaced itself. The dock guys weren’t able to stop & fix it in time before the next checkin.

Wooden Key Service to the rescue. Jerry found that the carriage bolt was stripped. A trip to Home Depot was made and a new carriage bolt was installed. Dock looks great & in time for next checkin. 😊

An unfortunate situation with one of our clients, the ceiling collapsed, due to a water leak (air conditioning system).
Wooden Key Services stepped up to the rescue:
*Jerry replaced damaged drywall & painted. *The cleaning was done, and all bedding was replaced with new.
Bedroom looks on point, and check-in is scheduled for tomorrow ~ as if no incident ever occurred. 😉💖
