We're updating a few policies at Lush Cleaning to keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, while also ensuring you receive the best possible service!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning will now incur a \$25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before your next appointment. We understand that life happens, so we're always willing to work with you if something unexpected comes up. However, last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients.
Rescheduling Policy: To ensure Lush Cleaning is fairly compensated for our time and resources, clients who reschedule their cleaning service outside of the original service week may be charged an additional fee to account for the extra work needed to bring the clean back to its normal state. For example, if your regular weekly cleaning is \$100 and you skip a week, the next cleaning may be \$150 to cover the additional work required.
Deep Cleaning Fee: If more than 4 weeks pass between your scheduled cleanings, a deep cleaning fee will be charged. This is to account for the additional time and effort required to bring your home back to its usual sparkle.
Lush's Cleaning Rescheduling: If Lush cleaning reschedules your appointment, you will not be charged any fees
Payment Policy: All payments are due on the same day as the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments not completed on the same day will incur a $10 late fee, which will be added to the total amount due. An additional $10 late fee will be applied for each subsequent day the payment remains outstanding.
