JOB OVERVIEW:
Service pools/spas and related equipment to ensure customers have crystal clear water with accurate PH balance. Ability to upsell by offering chemical deliveries, water testing etc. where appropriate. Diagnose/repair and install pool and spa equipment at our customers residential homes as well as commercial locations. Work with other team members on renovation projects centered around pools and spa installations. Must be able to provide detailed documentation of work and job notes using our company software program. Communicate with supervisors and team members about equipment and water issues that could potentially affect the current job or future function and safety of the pool or spa. Willingness to collaborate on other projects and work as needed by other crew leaders. Timeliness and efficiency to and from jobs is MUST as well as always maintaining a very high level of professionalism both internally and customer facing. Following all safety precautions is also imperative. Our customer relationships are extremely important to us so the ability to maintain our current base and expand by delivering top notch customer service and being positive and professional is also a MUST.

ABOUT US:
Clearene is a family owned business based in the West Metro with a team that has over 60 years of experience and have been serving customers for the last 10. We pride ourselves on being able to provide exemplary pool and hot tub services, repairs of broken equipment and new installations. We also provide weekly, bi-weekly, seasonal and/or deluxe pool and hot tub services. We are thrilled with the growth of our company and are looking for individuals who would be a great fit to our company based on the above.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be reliable, organized, detail-oriented individuals that are able to problem solve and understand (and/or learn) pool and hot tub systems. Must have basic knowledge of electrical, electronics and electrical systems. Automotive, appliance repair, handyman, home repair, plumbing and/or pool/spa knowledge is a HUGE plus. Communication, timeliness and ability to work well as an individual as well as part of a team is a must.
• Valid Minnesota Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Driving record may be needed if considered for position.
• Read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Time management and task prioritization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work outdoors under all weather conditions.
• Ability to work weekends
• Must be able to communicate by email, phone and text
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
- 1 year Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning & Operations experience a plus (not a must)
