There’s a common misconception that if a restaurant uses pest control, it must mean there’s a problem. In reality, the opposite is usually true. The most meticulously maintained, pest-free restaurants are the ones that invest in regular preventative service.

That’s why we’re proud to highlight Community Restaurant, a long-standing Cortland favorite right on Main Street. This is the kind of place that takes cleanliness and maintenance seriously.

Our rule of thumb is simple: if our technicians wouldn’t eat there, we wouldn’t recommend it. This decal means we absolutely do recommend it.

Turns out they had a very fluffy tenant living rent-free.

Our tech safely caught the squirrel in a live trap and relocated him where he belongs.
