House is headed for the market and this bibb was a known problem. Blowout in between the plunger end and the outside. Quick change out and one less worry.

Had a husband and wife that decided it was time to stop hand washing dishes and add a nice stainless steel Samsung dishwasher to the kitchen. Quick tear out of existing base cabinets and some pushing and shoving and they have their new appliance. Upgraded faucet and water stops for the sink as well. During the kitchen process we ended up cutting a temporary access to the main water shut off which will be relocated for better customer access in a near future project.

Had a community member reach our and talk to us about a family member that was having surgery soon. The entrance to their house had multiple stairs and they were concerned about getting them in and out after surgery and they wanted to try and utilize this side door that had remnants of a failed stairway still standing, but were going to be in need of a small deck with a ramp leading down to their parking area. The family member, a veteran, was limited financially and did not know if they would be able to even afford something like that. After a couple conversations, my daughters(the bosses) and I decided that the only right thing to do in this situation was to build this family what they needed free of charge so they could take this off the list of things to worry about and not have to try and figure out money as well. Hopefully at minimum I was able to show my girls that sometimes the right thing to do is help someone if they need it.
