We are looking for Pressers / Ironers or Dry Cleaners to join our WASFO team in our new Hollywood location.
Ironers / Pressers / Production (Planchadoras) full OR part time positions available
Prior experience as Pressers / Ironers or Dry Cleaners is preferred.
Requirements:
Ability to lift, reach and grab garments and other materials as needed.
Ability to work while standing.
English and Spanish is a plus
Able to meet or exceed plant production standards
Able to maintain high quality standards
Dependability
Flexibility in scheduling as determined by workload
Display pride in quality of work
Able to work with others
Can understand and follow instructions
Duties and Responsibilities:
Press and iron garment according to company productivity and quality standards and customer specifications.
Identify stained pieces of clothing that need to be re-cleaned.
Operate machinery according to company specifications and safety rules. Visually identifies piece specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Hang garments on the racks for assembly.
Competitive hourly wage, based on experience.
