With the rising cost of everything yes we have had to increase our prices due to a 38 % increase in dumping fees we ate some of that and had to pass some on to you the customer. with that being said you get what you pay for i hear it every day. The last people that done this didn't dig up both ends they were only here a few minutes , what is that they didn't stur it up like that youall have been here almost 2 hrs . They pump it out through that 6 inch observation hole . The solids are in the front of the tank not on the exit end where the removable top is to clean it out properly the incoming end needs dug up that's where it will always stop up for years this business has flourished with those that pull the juices off the top and off and on to the to the next one I have seen those results so many times where solids on the bottom have gotten so hard they have to be beat out with a pressure washer. it may sound expensive initially but by the time we leave your tank is totally empty and if need be the lines can be clean the lateral lines out and add many years to your system . New installs are very expensive with proper maintenance will extend the life of it . We focus on maintenance only here ,yes we do have access to top notch installers but why if its not needed .

Question pump system put in 3 years ago customer called its stopped up went out pulled the lids both tanks full of grease maybe 6 to 8 inches of sewage in the bottom, two elderly folks that have lived on septic all their life they do not put grease down the drain and if they did their is no way it would have gotten that much in there absolutely no toilet paper in it system was put in by a pumper / installer .

I may not be the smartest person but it didn't take a genius to figure out how it got in there . 😡
