CLEANING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR

Hilton Head Island, SC

$47,000–$55,000 Annually | Based on Experience

EXPERIENCED IN PROFESSIONAL CLEANING? READY TO LEAD?

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning teams. This is a hands-on leadership position that includes supervising employees, training, scheduling, quality inspections, and working alongside the team when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of verifiable professional cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience required

Supervisory, team-lead, or training experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to perform cleaning duties when needed and lift up to 50 lbs.

SCHEDULE

Flexible availability is required, including evenings/nights, weekends, holidays as needed, and overtime when necessary.
