Responsabilidades
• Proporcionar un servicio al cliente de calidad con atención personalizada a los detalles.
• Barrer, restregar, trapear y pulir pisos.
• Aspirar alfombras, tapetes y cortinas.
• Lavar alfombras, tapetes y tapicería.
• Quitar el polvo y pulir muebles y accesorios.
• Limpiar accesorios y superficies metálicas.
• Vaciar y limpiar los contenedores de basura y desechar los residuos de manera higiénica.
• Limpiar lavamanos, espejos, bañeras y superficies de vidrio.
• Reacomodar muebles y amenidades según el diseño establecido.
• Responder a preguntas y solicitudes de los clientes o huéspedes.
• Manejar situaciones de limpieza como derrames o vidrios rotos.
• Contribuir al trabajo en equipo y demostrar profesionalismo con clientes y compañeros.
• Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

This full-time position involves training and supervising custodial staff in commercial and office buildings, ensuring an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operation. The supervisor will coordinate a team of 5-10 employees to complete tasks professionally, timely, and satisfactorily. This is a working supervisor role, which includes hands-on cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows and bathrooms, and other janitorial services.

**Responsibilities**:- Train and supervise custodial staff- Coordinate and oversee cleaning tasks- Maintain safety and efficiency in cleaning operations- Perform cleaning duties alongside staff- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction**Requirements**:- Responsible, motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented- Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs- Bi-lingual is a plus- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
