As someone who believes there is magic in the mundane, I’m always open to inspiration striking in the most curious of places.
When I started this business two years ago, I knew one thing. Teal was the color. That was the full branding strategy at the time. Just vibes.
I printed my very first logo on a teal polo and called it good.
One day I’m cleaning a client’s kitchen sink and I look over and see the cutest sponge in the entire world. Teal and lime green. I literally paused mid scrub.
THIS IS IT.
Then I reach for the microfiber towel tucked into my waistband and… what do you know....it’s lime green!
My teal polo. My lime green towel. The sponge. All the same colors.
Tell me that is not a cosmic wink from the universe.
From that moment on, teal and lime were locked in. We later partnered with Lars Creative Co to bring the full brand vision to life, and what you see today was born from a sponge sitting next to a kitchen sink and a moment of inspiration + synchronicity.
Moral of the story:
Inspiration is everywhere, and more often than not, it’s found in the most curious and unexpected places. 🪄
