Vacuums, mops, cloths, products, the lot. You do not supply anything and we do not use what is under your sink, because we do not know what is in it or what it has already been mixed with.

If you have a surface that needs a specific product, tell us and we will use yours on that one thing. Otherwise it is all ours, in and out.

The first clean always takes longer, and we would rather say that up front.

A home that has not had a professional clean is carrying months of buildup that a two-hour visit will not touch. We quote the first visit for the state the house is actually in, not the state we wish it was in.

After that, the visits get shorter and the price per visit comes down. That is the whole logic of a plan.

Every quote lists what the crew will actually do.

Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, floors.
Bathrooms: toilet, shower and tub, sink, mirror, floors.
Living areas and bedrooms: dust, vacuum, mop, surfaces, make beds if linens are out.
Everywhere: light switches, door handles, trash.

That list is not just on the quote. The crew gets the same task list on their phone when they arrive, so what you approved and what they work from are the same document.

Not included: inside the oven, inside the fridge, baseboards, blinds, interior windows. Those are deep-clean items and we quote them separately so you only pay for what you need.
