For all In & Out cleans we must do a thorough walk through and discussion. NO ESTIMATE GIVEN WILL BE THE FINAL PRICE. On extreme cases a deposit is required no exceptions. Electric and water must be on and operational to avoid higher cost. Mister Cleanz LLC appreciates any and all clients understanding on this matter.
