Piedmont Elite is proudly owned and operated by Ethan Traver and Alexander Pasillas, two hardworking local entrepreneurs who believe in doing things the right way — with honesty, consistency, and elite-level results.
What started as a shared vision quickly turned into a mission:
to provide reliable, high-quality exterior and cleaning services to homeowners and businesses throughout the Piedmont Triad and surrounding areas.
Both Ethan and Alexander come from hands-on working backgrounds and understand the importance of showing up on time, working hard, and treating every property with care and respect. We don’t believe in shortcuts — only results we’d be proud to put our name on.
