We clean and remove dangerous creosote from masonry fireplaces, woodstoves, and lined inserts. We repair masonry fireplaces/chimneys, including but not limited to: chimney caps, crowns, bricks, tuck-point, waterproofing, dampers, firebox and hearth repair, and clean-out doors. We repair damaged connectors and old pipe which is no longer safe during the operation of your stove. A video camera is used for general and real estate inspections, helping us to see into hard and hidden areas. We provide service to the following: Home Owners and Occupants, Real Estate Professionals, Contractors, Wineries, Apartments and Condos, Hotels and Inns, and Property Managment Companies. Our services include: Annual Cleaning Service, Visual and Video Inspections, Investigations, Repair Work of Every Nature, Remodel and New Construction, Removals and Installations, Questions and Trouble Shooting, General Consulting and Second Opinion, and Code Knowledge and Application. Our standard cleaning rate for Sonoma County is $250.00 Lake County is $175 and Napa county is $250.. Please note: Prices listed here are general guidelines for a wide variety of chimney systems. Some chimneys have special clean-outs, connectors and combustors which require special attention and cleaning; for this an extra charge may be incurred. Generally speaking never more than $20.00 from the applicable price listed above. Our operating office hours are: MON.-FRI. 9:00am-5:00pm Messages received during weekdays after 5:00 will be returned at the start of the next business day. Messages received during weekends will be returned the start of the business week Due to high demand Cliff's Chimney Service is unable to provide "same day service" at this time. All service calls are by appointment only.
