Well folks what a wild 2020 we have going on. We have re-opened and are doing business. Of course we are sanitizing constantly and keeping social distancing in the forefront. With a lake and 2 1/2 acres that shouldn’t be an issue. We ask that all guests be especially respectful of all guidelines for the Corona virus. We are all in a new world right now so let’s be especially understanding of the tension and stress we are all enduring. Many have lost loved ones and our whole country is in mourning. We would love for you to come and escape for some stress free swimming, boating, and family fun.

This sure is a beautiful summer. In July our average temperatures were 62 degrees in the morning to 81 in the afternoon with a nice constant breeze off the lake. Our hearts are so full from seeing all the love and sense of family we have seen with all the family reunions. Funny, when we have multiple families from different areas, after spending a week here people have made new friends both young and old. Everyone was so active whether kayaking, canoeing, lazing in a float, fishing the banks and dock, and wrapping it up with a bonfire and s’mores. We have had some great shows at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds to add to the endless things to do.

We are already starting to look forward to Fall. Mother Nature shows her beauty in so many different ways here.
Don’t miss out, check the shows at the fairgrounds and make a week of it.
