In my youth I worked as a Plumber’s Apprentice with my uncle but never took it seriously. I bounced around from job to job, but in 2001 I got tired of working a “job” and decided to seriously work on a career. I became very motivated and by 2004 I had received my Tradesman Plumber License, and by 2005 I had received my Journeyman Plumber License. I put my nose to the grindstone even more and becam

e a Master Plumber in 2008. I went on to work for various plumbing companies, but in the summer of 2015, I found myself at a crossroads. After leaving my plumbing job in search of a better opportunity, I realized that the right path wasn't waiting for me; I had to create it myself. Armed with determination but lacking resources, my wife, Amber and I decided to take a leap of faith and start our own plumbing venture. With no truck, no power tools, and limited funds, we placed an ad on Craigslist and began our journey. Most of our early work was done out of Amber’s Hyundai Sonata, and when larger projects came along, we were fortunate enough to borrow her father’s pick-up truck to get the job done. With the income from those initial projects, we gradually invested in cordless tools, which became essential for our growing workload. Within a few months, we proudly purchased our first Jassen Tha Plumber company truck. It was well-used, but at just $1,900, it was exactly what we needed to take our business to the next level. Fueled by motivation, skill, passion, and a bit of luck, we have now celebrated a decade in business, achieving twenty times the revenue of our first year. Our success is built on a foundation of core values: Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Respect. These principles guide every interaction with our customers, and they are the reason we truly enjoy what we do—helping people solve their plumbing issues.
