I just wanted to take some time to address the situation that occurred today with our Laundry service.
Whenever a new client books with us the first 5 pounds of laundry are free anything beyond the first 5 pounds there is a charge of 1.85$€ per lb for our service.
We would never want anyone to feel like we took advantage or misled them for the services that we offer .
A portion of our service is free but the bulk of it there is a fee! The items that are free with your service or free pick up free delivery and first 5 pounds of laundry free of charge after that what you were paying for is the remainder of the weight of the laundry that you send.
Again, we would never want to take advantage, upset, or mislead any of our clients or potential clients. We are a small family owned business and we are here to help and provide a service that is needed in our community if you are in need of our help we are the first to lend a helping hand .
We were very saddened to hear that a client felt like they were misled in a situation with their service. We are going to make many updates to avoid any possibility of this happening in the future.
