We have a few items that need to find their way back home. The first is this super warm and soft blanket with the lion image on it. The second is a load of clothes, one item of which are these leggings. If any of these are yours, please come by to claim them. We are open every day at 8 am!

This weekend only, to say “Thank You Moms!” use the promo code MOM at the kiosk for a $5 credit on your laundry card. After inputting the promo code, you will be asked to register/confirm information and a code will be texted to be entered on the kiosk for credit. Limit one code redemption per user registration.

Side note, we will be unattended most of the day tomorrow so that the Moms here can be with their families as well.

Is there something in the water this week? In two and half years since opening, we haven’t had a single issue at the laundromat that couldn’t be resolved with some communication, a little understanding, grace and patience. We’ve now criminally trespassed three people in the last week. Don’t mistake the earlier traits for me being a pushover, I will not tolerate people abusing my staff or vandalism of the equipment or the facility. Thank you Hereford Police Department for the fast response and professionalism keeping the laundromat safe and welcoming and to our customers for continuing to do your laundry with us!

We pride ourselves on being the cleanest laundromat in the area. Laundry can be a dirty business by nature, the key is staying on top of it by doing all the small things daily, which our employees excel at. Sometimes even the “guts” of the machines get a good cleaning!!! If your laundromat isn’t this dedicated to a clean environment, it’s time to give us a shot!

We have had these nice, soft blankets left at the laundromat for awhile now. We have them all bagged and ready to be picked up so if they belong to you, come by anytime to get them. We have the laundry card ID number of the owner but no name so please show your laundry card to claim them so we make sure to get them to the right person. Thank you! 🧺

Sometimes it's loud in here and we don't hear the phone ring, so we're trying something new. We've "hired" an AI receptionist to answer incoming calls. She has most of our business information programmed in, speaks English and Spanish and can tell you when we're open & closed and how to get here! She can check a laundry card balance and how much it costs for full-service wash/dry/fold! If you still want to talk to a real person, she'll also transfer you over (remember its loud here and we don't always hear it).

The new phone number is (806) 615-3903. Even though its AI, speak as if you're conversing with a real person. The system is smart enough to know what you're asking or needing most of the time from regular conversation. Give it a try!

As our stack continues to grow, this is just a friendly reminder that we are not responsible for lost or abandoned clothing at the laundromat. We strongly encourage you to stay with the machines you are using either in-store or in the parking lot and change them over as quickly as possible once a cycle has completed to prevent any issues. Clothing left for extended periods in a washer or dryer may be moved depending on demand. ALL ABANDONED CLOTHING IS DONATED AFTER 14 DAYS. We do not have the capability to store your clothing. If you have visited recently and aren’t able to locate an article, please call and we can check for you.
