Due to the snow, ice, and freezing temperatures we have all faced these past few weeks your toilets may be frozen. Unfortunately this causes problems for not only the customer having to sit on a seat colder than your ex's heart but also for us p**p smoothie professionals. These frigid temperatures have made the units quite the wrestling legend these days for us. We ask that you all bear with us during these times. Don't blame us blame Mother Nature and her wrath she brought down on all of us!! Bright days and warmer temps are ahead of us gang so when those frozen turd popsicles thaw out we will be right there to make chocolate milkshakes dissappear we promise!

We are officially booked out for event rentals for Labor Day weekend! This makes a first since Helene ravaged our business. Thank you for all of your continued support to us. We look forward to many more weekends being sold out! We also look forward to helping you make sure guests are comfortable while at your event. It has been BUSY days for the Travis crew these past few weeks. Thank you all for your continued support throughout our recovery journey since the Hurricane. We have been booked out on events for 2 consecutive weeks. When we say it has been a "crap" ton of work (pun intended) we mean it. Today we delivered units for St. Paul's Vineyard event for this weekend. These next 2 days will have 5 different locations for deliveries. We may not be back to 100% normal yet we strive for greatness everyday. My husband Al and I are extremely grateful for each customer we have encountered during our recovery process.

Remember this, when you support a small business you are putting food on their table for their children to eat, pay mortgage, and literally SURVIVE. We are not a corporation and we don't have any employees so each day the owners are out there meeting customers and providing exceptional service and rentals. When you support us you are helping our family each day. Thank you.

151 days past Hurricane Helene and we are still feeling the results. A local farmer we have as a customer lost a couple of units and haven't been able to locate them. Another local farmer has found the portable toilet but not the sink. He has offered to help us grab the toilet out of the river and hopefully salvage the entire unit, if possible. Good people DO exist. Things may take awhile to get where they need to be but, always BELIEVE. Thankful is an understatement from the people we have received helped from. Between loaning us tools & equipment for clean up, looking for units and retrieving them, helping us remove units from Jackson Park, etc. BLESSED would be a tremendous understatement. We are working diligently to recover everything possible. Remember we are a 2 person team. We run everything, together. We are humbled by our community being so understanding. Thank you to everyone for everything!

Unfortunately our business was burgarlarized over the weekend. We have put out a police report and documented everything missing. Please understand that at this time we have lost ALL tools, pressure washers, etc. This has made it impossible to clean our units as we work with law enforcement. Please keep an eye out for any dewalt hand tools, drills, and a battery powered pressure washer, we also lost a 10,000 and a 3,000 psi pressure washer that were damaged in the flood. Thank you for any understanding.

We are working in a winter wonderland today! Mighty cold 🥶 but this trip is WELL WORTH IT!! This handicap accessible portable toilet is for the Henderson County Toys for Tots this weekend. We are still slowly recovering our business. 🙏

Good news! We have been able to service 75% of our units that were in the field before the storm. Some units haven't been found and may never be. Other units we cannot access yet. We also delivered 2 portable toilets to Bat Cave Post Office on Monday. Recovery is slow but it will all come together through hardwork and dedication.

Reminder, we are having troubles with some routes due to road work, road closures, tree work, etc. Please be considerate and understanding as we have not forgotten about our customers we just haven't made it there as quickly as we would like to. When you support Hendersonville Portable Toilets you are supporting a literal "Mom and Pop" shop. Al and I (Ashley) are the only ones who work or operate our business. Meaning, Al is running the roads servicing, emailing, phone calls, talking with customers, etc. I am delivering units, picking units up, phone calls, emails, paperwork, etc. We are trying our best to be there promptly! Thank you so much for all of your support and understanding.

PROGRESS! We have salvaged a unit to be used for our community. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We are working so hard to be back to operational. Baby steps but this means we are moving forward! We will survive and we will prevail.

DEVASTATION. Hundreds of thousands if not millions lost due to the flood! The memories that have washed away due to water is outrageous. Al and I cleaned our supply shed out today and watched hundreds of dollars being thrown away. Memories with awards, employees, and family were all decimated and tossed like garbage. Working so hard for YEARS and watching it wash away within hours is truly unfathomable. We thank each customer for the check ins, support, and ALL the help our friends offered. Things will get better. We need help so reach out if you are able to lend a hand in big equipment(retrieving units), trailers, and loading equipment.
