A spill doesn’t have to become a permanent stain but what you do next matters.

Blot instead of rubbing, avoid heat, and let us know what caused the stain when you bring the item in. That information can help our team choose the most appropriate treatment.

Wool needs thoughtful handling. Leather requires specialized attention. Structured garments depend on their shape.

Different materials call for different methods - and more than a century of garment-care experience helps us choose the right approach.
