Money Back Policy:
Recently we have been getting a lot of false reports about machines “being broken.” Said guest then will ask for a refund for money they never spent in the first place.
How do we know what a false report is?
A big sign is when the guest can not remember which machine they used (Washers are labeled A - K and Driers are labeled 1 - 12). They also won’t/can’t remember how many quarters they put in the machine.
The biggest give away a guest would be lying, however, is that we check our machines every visit to make sure they are running right. We are able to test the machine almost instantly to see if the guest is telling us the truth.
We know accidents do happen, and we will always try to give our guests the benefit of the doubt, but please do not lie just to get a load of laundry off us. This is our only source of income, and as such, can only afford to give money back to people who really do lose it.
So to get a refund you must:
- Know which machine you lost your money in.
- Know exactly how many quarters you lost.
- If possible, provide video evidence or photos.
- Once we receive your request, either in person or over message, we will look into the machine and see if it is working or broken. If it is indeed broken, we will arrange to give you your refund ASAP.
We ask that you stay humble and safe during these hard times. We work very hard to keep our machines in order and ready for guests and will continue to do so.
