🚨 Krewsin’ Details with an upsetting update, please share so this message has the chance to reach all of our customers 🙏
I know this may upset some people, but after a few conversations at home over the past little bit, we feel like this is what’s best. Unfortunately, I had to make a tough decision.
As everyone knows, not every new business idea is going to take off right away here in town, and unfortunately, the car wash has been one of those things.
We sure gave the car wash everything we had to offer, but at the end of the day, the trade-off just wasn’t worth it.
The profit simply isn’t there right now to justify the amount of time and the additional help it would take to operate the wash the way we would want to. With me trying to run the wash while also keeping up with all of our detailing work throughout the week, we’ve realized that eventually something could suffer.
And that is something I refuse to let happen.
Krewsin’ Details was built almost entirely on word of mouth, and we’ve worked extremely hard to build a reputation for quality work and taking care of our customers. I would rather make a difficult decision now than grow too quickly and risk the quality of our work dropping.
So, unfortunately, we will be shutting down our regular car wash operations and will no longer be accepting walk-ins.
BUT — THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE LEAVING OUR MEMBERS BEHIND. 🙏
We will 100% continue honoring all of our current monthly subscribers Monday–Friday. You trusted us enough to become a member, and we truly appreciate that.
Our members, our fleet customers, and our monthly maintenance clients are a HUGE reason that we are still able to do what we do today and continue doing what we love.
And for those of you who aren’t currently a member but would still like to be part of the wash — we will continue accepting new monthly memberships.
Moving forward, we’re going to take the time we’re currently spending trying to operate the walk-in wash and put that time back into what has always been our biggest strength:

This isn’t us giving up.
It’s us making a tough decision to protect the quality of the business we’ve worked so hard to build.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We know some of you really enjoyed having the wash available, and we appreciate everyone who supported it.
And just because we’re stepping away from it for now doesn’t mean we’re giving up on the idea completely.
We aren’t giving up on the car wash. We just have to circle back around when the time is right.
To every single person who has supported Krewsin’ Details — whether you’ve booked one detail, bought a membership, sent someone our way, shared one of our posts, or simply told someone about us — THANK YOU.
We truly couldn’t do this without you.
Again, WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!

This is simply a change in direction so we can focus on what we do best and continue giving every customer the quality of work they deserve.
