Finishing Touch is a cleaning/property management business based out of Heber City, UT. We have some openings with immediate start dates.

We need 5 - 6 people who can work Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm cleaning various houses in the Heber/Midway/Park City area.

As a working Operations Manager you will lead our diverse cleaning crews throughout the Heber Valley and Park City areas.

Some of your duties will include:

Daily scheduling of crews
Training new employees
Property checks
Equipment management
Manage manning of all jobs
Cleaning homes and commercial buildings
Be on-call for emergency situations
There will be a 3 month training period to learn the clients and the company procedures. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term job, there will be rapid pay increases and advancement opportunities for the right individual. This is a working manager position initially, there will be office time, but a majority of your time will be on job sites.

We are an established company that is expanding our product offerings. We are looking for someone to take over management of the cleaning portion of our business. You need to be vested in the companies success, and you will be rewarded.
