More people come to repentance by the “goodness of God” (which the Word says is what leads men to repentance), than trying to beat people over the head with fear, causing them to “get fire insurance” only instead of a RELATIONSHIP with Jesus! Our Father wants relationship, and that’s the reason that Jesus came!! Being with our Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit for eternity is the draw! People already know that they are not worthy, they need/want to know that they are accepted of the Father because of the works of Jesus!!! ♥️ Thank you Jesus that You came for us!!

NOW HIRING: Hydroblasting Supervisor (Full-Time) – Refinery Work
R & W Services is hiring an experienced working supervisor to lead hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and pressure washing crews on refinery/industrial sites in the ARKLATEX area mostly. Travel is sometimes necessary.
Starting pay: $24.00 per hour
Must Have:
• Refinery experience
• Valid TWIC
• Strong hydroblasting/high-pressure knowledge (operate + troubleshoot)
• Comfortable supervising operators/technicians and communicating with customers/site managers
• Able to run multiple crews when needed
• Pass background/MVR + pre-employment screenings
• Waste handling experience (industrial).
Work Conditions (Real-world refinery environment):
• 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends), OT + emergency callouts as needed
• Confined space + working at heights (up to 150 ft)
• All weather conditions + loud/heavy industrial settings
• Travel as needed
Physical Requirements:
• Handle equipment/materials up to 150 lbs; lift 50 lbs
• Climb towers/vessels/tanks; crawl/bend/squat/kneel as required

We are hiring! R & W Services performs high pressure water blasting in oil and gas refineries. It is outdoor work, there is the possibility of some travel and overtime. We are looking for someone with mechanical skills and also a CDL driver is needed.
Client's require drug testing and a 7 year background without felony charges or violent behavior.
