•Wipe down counter tops and cabinets
(start at immediate right of the stove)
•Clean face of appliances (refrigerator,
microwave, dishwasher)

•Clean inside and around sink
•Sweep and mop floor
Living Area, including Hallways and
Stairs:
•Cushions and pillows fluffed and
straightened
•Fingerprints removed from all woodwork,
door-frames and switch plates
•Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions
apply)
•Picture frames dusted
•Furniture dusted
•Hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped
•Tile floors vacuumed
•Carpets vacuumed
•General straightening completed
Bathrooms:
•Tub and shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected
and rinsed
•Toilets disinfected insides and out
•Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
•Towels neatly hung and folded
•Counter tops disinfected (all items
removed and replaced)
•Sinks scrubbed and disinfected.
•Floors vacuumed and mopped

Dining Room Checklist:
•Dust crown molding, wall corners, and floor
•Clean and disinfect light switches and
outlets
•Remove all dust from top to bottom.
•Wash table cushions
•Clean light fixtures.
•Disinfect table and wipe down all chair/legs
Bathrooms:
•Clean and disinfect light switches and
fixtures.

•Clean and refill soap dish and/or pump
