📢 ‼️PSA regarding the City of Hartford utilities price increase.

📢📢 We have no plans to raise our prices at this time

We’ve seen a lot of conversations lately about the recent utility increases, and we just wanted to share where we stand.

Like so many families here in Hartford, we’re feeling it too.

Several people have asked if we’ll be raising our prices because of it.

The honest answer is that we’ve looked at the numbers, and right now, we don’t plan to raise our prices.

Could that change someday? It’s possible. We have to make sure we can keep the doors open. But today isn’t that day.

This time of year is already expensive. Parents are buying school supplies, clothes, shoes, paying sports fees, and trying to stretch every dollar. We don’t want to add one more expense to your family’s budget if we can help it.

If you’re looking for the best value, our 6-load (60 lb.) washer is hard to beat. You can wash and dry up to 60 pounds of laundry for $10 or less when it’s all done together. For many families, that’s an entire week’s worth of laundry in one trip.

This community has supported our family for many years, and we don’t take that for granted. We want to do our part to support our neighbors too. We’ll keep watching our costs and make the best decisions we can, but for now, we’re choosing to absorb this increase instead of passing it on to you.

🔵Here’s some helpful information about how the emergency stop button works on our front loaders.

⏳There is delay before the machine unlocks to allow the machine to drain. Usually under 1 minute.

🤑 If you need to utilize the emergency stop button you will not lose your money. You can re-start the machine without adding more money.

🔵Aquí hay información útil sobre cómo funciona el botón de parada de emergencia en nuestros cargadores frontales.

⏳ Hay un retraso antes de que la máquina se desbloquee para permitir que la máquina drene. Normalmente menos de 1 minuto.

🤑 Si necesitas utilizar el botón de parada de emergencia, no perderás tu dinero. Puedes reiniciar la máquina sin añadir más dinero.

Hey friends 💙 We had a very kind customer let us know that someone accidentally left behind a large jug of laundry detergent at our laundromat. We’ve safely put it up for you!

If you washed laundry around 3:45 this afternoon and are missing your detergent please send us a message or give us a call so we can get it back to you. We know detergent isn’t cheap—especially a big jug—and we’d love to make sure it gets back to its owner. 😊

Hey y’all! quick PSA about wash-dry-fold drop offs 🧺

If you’re looking to drop off wash-dry-fold, here’s the deal 👇

We’re usually bouncing back and forth between Hartford and Slocomb like a ping pong ball 😂 We start around 8 AM and wrap up early afternoon most days—but sometimes we’re out on the road doing pickups and deliveries.

Good news: we’re almost always within about 10 minutes of either laundromat 🙌

We don’t really “sit” at either laundromat… we more like tumble between Hartford and Slocomb all day 😆

📆 Scheduling your wash-dry-fold drop-off in advance is always preferred so we can plan our day and make sure we’re where you need us. That said, we know life happens, and we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute drop-offs when we can!

If you’re planning to drop off last minute , just give us a quick heads-up (about 30 minutes is perfect!) so we can make sure we’re at the right location and ready to meet you. We’re usually only about 10 minutes away from either laundromat 👍

⏰ One more thing: Dropping off before 10am is the best way to ensure that we can complete your order the same day. (typically within about 2 hours)

We may not sit still, but we’ll always do our best to take care of ya! We so appreciate the amazing support we continue to receive from this wonderful community. To each and every person who has supported our small business in any capacity, whether it be buying a soda or a snack, doing self-serve laundry, or using our wash dry fold service, we see you and we truly are so grateful for YOU 💙
