In a room this tight, our team was able to utilize VDC technology to coordinate with other trades to map out map out exactly where every line and every duct would run.

From that point on, crews from multiple trades were working from the same plan, each one knew precisely what the other was doing and how much space was left to work with. This shared roadmap created by our VDC team is what let our ductwork thread through these tight spaces with minimal modification.

We're laying the underground plumbing at the Daikin Applied new office that will soon be covered by a concrete slab. It’s the "first domino" in the construction process. If it’s not set exactly right, every other phase faces compounding problems.

Our project manager, John, explains how we utilize VDC technology to minimize margin for error before the concrete is poured, and why our ultimate goal is to deliver systems that run flawlessly for the lifetime of the system.

Our team handled the HVAC scope for Massanutten Resort Waterpark’s recent expansion.

This included installing specialized pool units, running large duct socks through tight spaces, and coordinating with other trades on a crowded basement mechanical room, all in one of the most demanding environments in commercial construction.

It is complex work, but our goal is simple. We want to deliver a facility that operates flawlessly behind the scenes, and we are proud to enrich the lives of our local community through builds like this one.

Behind the walls from our UVA Community Credit Union project in Charlottesville, in partnership with Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

This was a ground-up build where we handled the full mechanical and plumbing scope, including storm and sanitary lines, domestic water systems, HVAC support, condensate drains, and finish plumbing throughout the building. We also prefabricated portions of the underground plumbing in our shop to keep installation consistent and efficient in the field.

These are the systems you do not see once the building is complete, but they determine how the facility performs for years to come.

We’re on site at UVA Community Credit Union headquarters working to support the delivery of a full design build systems package. The focus throughout has been consistent coordination in the field, making sure installation stays aligned with design intent and project requirements.

For the client, that means reduced risk in the field, a more predictable schedule, and a facility where systems are installed to support long term reliability and efficient turnover.
