PA Infrastructure Investment Authority - PENNVEST PENNVEST services the communities and citizens of Pennsylvania by funding sewer, storm water and drinking water projects. No separate application is necessary.

Drinking Water, Wastewater and Storm water Loans and Non-Point Source Financing

Primarily low interest loans (some grant funding available) to pay for costs associated with design, engineering, and construction of public or private owned drinking water or wastewater systems, non-point source pollution mitigation and municipal storm water projects. On-Lot Sewage Disposal Loans

Low interest loan

s available to individuals to finance repair or replacement of their malfunctioning on-lot system for their primary residence, install first time hook-ups or replace existing lateral connections to community wastewater collection and treatment systems. Brownfield Redevelopment Loans

Low interest loans available for remediation of sites related to water quality benefits. Growing Greener Grants

Supplemental grants available on a limited basis for systems with residential user rates. Analysis is performed on each submittal for grant consideration.

When do you need to submit a Funding Recipient Information Change Request though PENNVEST?
• Change to collateral associated with the loan
• Changes in the legal entity name or company information because of a restructuring, merger, or acquisition
• Request for Consent is needed to acquire additional debt from another financial institution or state agency
• A change is needed in the repayment structure of the existing PENNVEST loan

To initiate a change request, email the following to [email protected]:
• Name of the funding recipient
• Contact name
• Contact mailing address
• Contact email address
• Contact phone number
• ME # (loan number)
• Details on the change being requested

A PV Portal account, used to apply for and manage a recipient’s PENNVEST funding, expires when an account holder has not logged in within a 90-day timeframe. For the convenience of PENNVEST PV Portal account holders, we send email reminders 14, 7, and 3 days prior to expiration to remind users to log in so their account remains in “active” status.
