As part of the America the Entrepreneurial campaign, we’re proud to spotlight alumnus Lance Hines-Butts ’22, owner of LHB Clean Team and a graduate of the John L. Grove College of Business.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship in 2022, Lance turned his passion for business into action. Today, he owns LHB Clean Team while also working as a real estate agent for Keller Williams of Central PA. Raised in a family of business owners, Lance saw entrepreneurship as a way of life. “I’ve always wanted to own multiple businesses,” he shared. He chose Ship in part because its entrepreneurship program was among the few in Pennsylvania and was known for being a rigorous program.
