When it rains, it pours… and right now I’m not looking for a towel, I’m looking for a life raft.
This season has been testing me in every way possible. Missing parts, rain delays, equipment issues, ruts in my yard, schedule changes, phone problems, communication struggles, hitting water tables, and customers wondering why their project couldn’t have been done last week. Trust me… some days I’m asking myself the same thing.
Every morning I wake up with a plan, and by lunch that plan has been hit by a rain cloud, a supplier issue, and three emergencies I never saw coming. ☔️🥴
If you’ve called, texted, messaged, emailed, or sent a carrier pigeon and haven’t gotten a response as quickly as you’d like, please know I’m not ignoring you. I’m over here trying to keep all the balls in the air without dropping any… and lately it feels like someone keeps throwing more.
But here’s the thing: quitting has never really been my style. Some days I want to throw in the towel, but then I remember I own the towel, washed the towel, folded the towel, and probably sold the towel. 🤣
So we’ll keep pushing. One pool, one liner, one delivery, one phone call, and one prayer at a time.
To everyone patiently waiting, encouraging us, and showing us grace while we fight through the chaos—thank you. We see you, and we appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
Now if anyone has a spare life raft, send it my way… because this storm is trying its best. 🌧️🚣♀️🤣
