A Quick Update for October! 🍁

Hey everyone!I’m reaching out to let you all know that I will be completely out of work from October 1st through October 13th for a scheduled surgery.

After the 13th, I am going to be taking things day by day as I focus on resting, healing, and fully recovering. Because of that, my schedule might be a bit up in the air for the rest of the month, and I appreciate your flexibility more than you know!

During this time, I will still be available by text or email, but please allow 12 to 24 hours for a response so I can prioritize resting and healing.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, your ongoing support, and for being such amazing clients. I truly appreciate you guys and can't wait to be back at 100% soon!

Wishing you all a wonderful start to October!

I truly appreciate your feedback—it helps me provide the best service possible!

If you ever have a concern about your cleaning, please let me know within 24–48 hours of your appointment whenever possible. Waiting one or two weeks makes it very difficult to determine what may have happened, as normal household use, visitors, pets, and daily living can all affect the condition of your home.

My goal is always to address concerns promptly and fairly. The sooner I hear from you, the better opportunity I have to investigate the issue and make it right.

Thank you for your understanding and for trusting S&S Cleaning Services with your home! 🏡✨

Thank you for respecting my recharge time so I can better serve you!

Good morning everyone!

Just wanted to update on a couple things!

Starting this week- BUSY season will be in FULL effect. Please keep in mind you may be asked to be a bit more flexible when scheduling your cleanings with me! As everyone here knows, on top of everyday jobs, I also have appointments and such that have to get squeezed in as well as family/health emergencies that may arise as well!

If you are scheduled and you need to cancel/reschedule- please do so in the allotted time frame to avoid a cancellation fee, (see pinned posted about cancellations/rescheduling)

CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE ENFORCED!

I hope everyone has a great day, and I look forward to serving you this Spring/Summer!

Any questions feel free to reach out, and please share this post to other fellow clients!

Happy Saturday!
