We’ve had quite a surge of new clients in the Madison area recently and as a result our schedule is FULL! I apologize because I know there’s some who have been waiting to get on the books but we can only squeeze so many hours out of the day! I know it’s frustrating…I’m frustrated too but please know we are doing our very best to accommodate everyone!

I’ve been seeing ALOT of posts for individuals who are offering to clean in peoples homes that are neither properly trained or insured….things to consider before you hire an uninsured individual to clean your home.

– An uninsured cleaner comes with no liability insurance. If any personal property of yours gets lost, damaged, or stolen, there will be no way for you to be reimbursed.
– If an uninsured cleaner, deliberately or on purpose, causes any bodily injury to anyone present at the house, you could be held financially responsible.
– If a physical injury should happen to your house cleaner while they’re on the job on your property, and they are neither insured nor bonded, you could be held responsible for the accident. You could end up having to pay the medical expenses required to treat your cleaner’s injuries.
– An uninsured cleaner who is neither insured nor bonded can be living and/or working in the US illegally
– A cleaner that’s neither insured nor bonded can be a convicted felon, as their personal background hasn’t been checked.

Of course we are regulated to use commercial grade products for the commercial side of our business BUT we love using our plant based Therapy Clean for our residential cleaning!

As we move into the New Year we have downsized and made some changes with our Madison location and will no longer be accepting new clients.

Our Evansville location will continue to do both residential and commercial cleaning AND we’re opening the schedule up for new clients!

Heartfelt thanks for those who have patiently waited as The Grime Scene and both the Evansville and Madison Jazzy B Cleaning Service locations work to get back to normal operations! We are incredibly blessed to have so many amazing people who we have the pleasure of working with! In nearly 8 years of doing business we have never been shutdown and it has been a struggle to rebound from.
COVID brought us to a screeching halt for the last 2 weeks and we are still recovering but we are on the mend. We are so very thankful for the well wishes, patience, understanding and love!
