We are looking forward to another summer season with this 3 story vacation rental property on the canal with boat slip on the South End of Topsail! This property has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, bonus room on first level that sleeps an additional 4 guests WITH an ELEVATOR! A wonderful vacation rental on the sound side just over the bridge in Surf City. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with the most amazing view of the sound! This property is being remodeled with the contractors putting the final touches on this week! We can't wait to share with you guys once the construction cleaning is completed and ready for reservations again on Friday :)

Here is a sneak peak at a new vacation rental at St. Regis. Next week all pictures we will get posted with deep cleaning completed, welcome baskets set up for guests, presentation from walking in the door to the feel in each room to laundry /linen cleaned and readily available at each turnover.
