And now onto our final full year service offering. Our bearded dragon Bryce! The Bryce Detailing Package is an 8 hr* extensive cleaning package for $20/ hour. The Bryce includes:

Oven detailed cleaning
Dishwasher cleaning
Laundry machines (Washer and Dryer) detailed cleaning
Detailed grout cleaning for all tiles areas
Garbage disposal cleaning
Organizing kitchen cabinets
Animal waste removal
Any additional deep cleaning that can be done in the 8hr time slot* as discussed between cleaner and client prior to the day of the deep cleaning.

* 8 hrs is an approximate time frame. If the project goes over 8 hrs and all work has not been completed, the client and cleaner will make terms based of prior examples of the appropriate course correcting actions. Suggestion is always to schedule an additional package that may be able to help add whatever wasn’t finished. 8hrs will be charged even if not all parts of this description are met. This service may also be limited to lesser hours, but no less than 4 hrs and no more than 8 hrs. If client selects 6 hrs Bryce Deep clean or less, there can be no Maddie Bug Laundry add on due to time constraints and lack of realistic client/ cleaner goals and expectations. Now on to the queen of our castle! Maddie Bug! She’s been around this earth for 14 years and has been a Hayes for the last 11 of that. The Maddie Bug Laundry Add includes:

This is an add on laundry service. It coming home soon come with any cleaning packaged for an additional fee of $25 per bag of laundry.* Up to 4 bags will be provided in any standard cleaning package (8 or 4 hrs). Laundry bags will be provided during initial cleaning walk through with client. The cleaner will wash, dry, and fold the laundry as the client describes during the walk through. Laundry detergent, fabric softener, and drier sheets are to be provided by the client unless otherwise arranged with PCC.

*up to 4 bags will be provided. If cleaner does not complete all bags, a credit will be made to the final invoice. [Example 2/3 bags were completed. The cleaner will adjust the invoice for -$25: Maddie Bug Laundry Add On reversal.] Cleaner may still charge for all completed bags. A completed bag is labeled and washed and dried. The folding and putting away is a if time permits. If client is left with laundry to put away, accommodation will be made to next cleaning session. Now we have the only cat that knows where it’s at: Mylo Cat!

The Mylo Cat Monthly can be described as:
This service is for organizing and decluttering your home. This is a whole day project that usually will take place on Saturdays. It’s scheduled for 8 hrs*, but has no time limit and is $21/per hour. This service is for people who can’t seem to get rid of their older belongings that they no longer want, need, or have space for; but can’t seem to let go of! Perfect for people getting ready for garage sales, moving, or just who need extra space. This could also be a project that you’ve been putting off because you don’t know how to start. Let us help you! This is a stand alone service, but discounts and promos do apply. Items that are salvageable will be removed by the cleaner and donated to an organization that helps animals. If the client wants to organize a garage sale with their items, that will be an additional fee and cleaner will provide materials, marketing, necessary permits, and floor plan of said garage sale. The cleaner will not be at the garage sale as that is not part of this package, just an idea of what to do with the items the client wishes to dispose of. Moving serves are not provided, but boxes and packing may be added for an additional fee. Moving addition includes a binder with lists of all boxes and a detail account of what’s in each box. Moving prep fee will be $50.

* If client and cleaner hit 8 hrs plus, there will be no cleaning the area once items are finished being shorted. Client can book a cleaning package for a discounted rate if client wishes for the area to be cleaned. All Packages are named after owners animals and honor his fur family. Cute we know ❤️

The Pappas Cleaning Packge is:
4 hour* cleaning session is just the kitchen and one (1) bathroom. All services in The Pappas Cleaning Package reflect that of The Tiny Cat bathroom cleaning description and The Full Schmool kitchen description. No substitutes can be made. This packages is not eligible for any discounts or promos. This package can be added with The Maddie Bug Laundry or the Bryce Deep Clean packages. Restrictions may apply!

The next cleaning package is named after our hefty pug, Schmool! Schmool will be celebrating a full decade on June 27.

The Full Schmool Packaged includes:
8hrs* of basic cleaning.
All offerings in The Tiny Cat Package are included in the Full Schmool plus:

Kitchen cleaning:
Stove and oven wipe down
Fridge cleaning- both inside and outside
Check fridge for expired foods and condiments
Microwave cleaning
Counters wiped down
Counters organized and sorted
Cabinet doors wiped down
Sink wiped down and cleaned out

Full sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all rooms in house

Wipe down walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, and trim

Clean internal windows (if accessible without screens)

Up to 2 bathrooms as described in Tiny Cat Cleaning Packaged.

Will light and gift a pet safe candle for homeowner after 3 sessions of the Full Schmool Cleaning Package!**

Presenting our first cleaning package. Named after our newest fur baby, Tiny Cat!

The Tiny Cat Cleaning Package includes 4 hrs* of basic cleaning. This would include:
1 bathroom:
Shower/tub cleaned
Vanity/sink cleaned and unclogged
Toilet cleaned and sanitized
Walls wiped down
Floor swept and mopped
Laundry taken to facility in home and completed by homeowner or with a Maddie Bug Laundry Add on

Up to 2 bedrooms:
Make beds/put on clean bedding
Vacuum/sweep/mop bedroom
Dust off hard surfaces including bed frame, nightstand, dressers, ect.

Floor care:
Mop, sweep, vacuum all hallways, entry ways, stairs, and other flooring agreed upon during day of walk through with customer and cleaner

Up to two additional rooms or projects:
Cannot include kitchen or additional bathrooms due to time.
Cleaning will include basic floor care of additional rooms
Laundry can be added to 4 hr cleaning for a fee(The Maddie Bug Laundry Add On) services are paid for by the bag provided.

And finally trash removal to designated garbage area.
