Waste Management's deceptive practices have my 97 year old aunt in Indiana on the edge of a heart attack. She had their service for years with her own cans. They dropped off one of their cans that she didn't want. She canceled her service with them and then they sent her a $75 bill to come pick their can back up. The bill said that by paying it she would also be agreeing to another year if service. She did not pay it and has called many times to resolve it but they just keep hanging up on us. This will be the death of her. I am so pi**ed at them! Karma has always treated me well. With this in mind I should feel sorry for them.
