This March, we’re celebrating Women's History Month by highlighting the incredible women who make our company shine!

Meet Amber Kain!

💼 Who am I?
With a strong background in Human Resources, I have spent several years helping organizations build dynamic, supportive teams and create positive workplace cultures. My passion for fostering growth and development extends beyond the office, as I’m also a travel enthusiast, always eager to explore new destinations and experience different cultures. So far, I’ve travelled to 4 continents, 16 countries, and am currently exploring the Orlando area. When I’m not traveling, you’ll find me surrounded by my thriving collection of plants—my personal sanctuary and a reflection of my love for nature. Balancing professional dedication with personal passions, I find inspiration in connecting with people, places, and the world around me.

💡 Someone who has inspired me:
I would say my mom inspires me. From losing her own mother at the young age of 25, separating from my father, helping to raise her 16-year-old sister as well as a 5-year-old child without much of a village around her, she became not just a mother, but a testament to the power of love, perseverance, and the quiet determination that even in the hardest of times, a heart can grow deeper, and dreams can flourish. I think about the challenges I've had to overcome and the fact that I've been blessed to have someone to turn to when I need support and guidance, I am in awe that she did most of that on her own.

🎓 A fun fact about me:
I used to be a radio DJ and Music Director in college, spinning tracks and curating the perfect playlists for late-night listeners, as well as running the board for a well-known morning show in the South Florida area.

As we conclude Women’s History Month, let’s continue to honor the accomplishments, the struggles, and the ongoing contributions of women everywhere. Together, we celebrate the stories of resilience, strength, and inspiration that have shaped our world and continue to drive us forward.
