During Routine Pumpouts we don’t just pump and clean your tank. We 👀 at all the little things to help prevent 💩 like this from happening.

✅ check the mainline to ensure normal buildup and clogs aren’t disrupting flow to your tank

✅ ensure that your inlet pipe or tee is completely clear & watch for any signs of plumbing leaks that could cause DrainField issues

✅ inspect the outlet tee integrity to make sure it’s doing its job to keep solids in & only letting water out.

✅ visual drainfield inspection to catch signs of Oversaturation

We want you to be aware of what kind of shape your system is in so after completing your service, we send documentation with all our findings that includes photos, explanations, recommendations, future good practices, & more. I’ll have a Kindergartener this Fall yall! ❤️ #3 is officially going to big boy school with his brothers! A huge Thank you to all that have poured so much time and love into him these last 3 years! I’m excited to see him continue to grow and will always cherish the memories and the amazing staff & people who helped him thrive and grow into the sweet little man he is!

Don’t know your tanks location? No Problem!

We have a truck full of tools that helps us track & locate the tank. We strive to be as least invasive as possible while tracking to minimize landscape damage. (Because who wants random craters in their yards? No one!)

Don’t let not knowing the location, stop you from getting your tank pumped properly. Not pumping will cost you more in the long run for certain because Drainfield repairs and replacements aren’t cheap.

Putting this into the simplest terms:

Not Pumping every 3-5 years = 💩 in your DrainField. Water can’t saturate into the soil with the 💩 blocking the way.

New DrainField starts around 10k IF there’s room and it perks right. If it doesn’t make the perk add another 10k MINIMUM for an alternative system. Alternative systems have to be inspected annually so instead of just pumping every 3-5 years, add $250-350 per year for an annual inspection, quadrupling maintenance costs.

Not pumping costs you more $$ in the long run and leads to a lot of headache folks.

Get that 💩 pumped or get in line for an install.

Not pumping a septic during inspection is WILD.

A Septic Inspection should ALWAYS include pumping the tank. Hiding beneath the contents was major concrete damage with huge risks of caving and environmental damage from leakage. The cost is now on the buyer when the inevitable happens.

No outlet tee to stop 💩 from flowing to the DrainField is also insane!

Exact reason we educate folks on what a functional system looks like and consequences of missing components. We make sure our reports are comprehensive and understandable to the average person while providing follow up consultations for further explanation.
