We once had a customer return to the store upset because we damaged their jacket. Their was stitching “cut off from the jacket” Friendly reminder that these stitches to keep the vents closed are temporary and are to be cut/removed before wearing.

Where do your clothes actually go to get dry cleaned?? Here’s a picture of our dry cleaning machine located about 20 feet from where you drop off. No vans picking up your garments to be cleaned miles away. Does your dry cleaners clean on site?
