TAKING NAMES & SNAKING DRAINS
A new customer in Hackensack called with a drain emergency. Their basement was full of water and they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. They suspected it might be the drain. We went out right away.
We did a quick investigation when we got there and determined it was the main drain that was backing up into the basement. We found the house trap, removed the cleanout and got to work.
We used our trusted Ridgid K60SP with 7/8” sectional cable to get the line open. We found the blockage approximately 40’ downstream from the cleanout, it was wipes. The line was packed with wipes. After several passes to get all the wipes out of the line, we ran water to test the drain and make sure flow was restored.
Once the drain was draining properly again, we cleaned up and left a very relieved and happy customer. They were extremely satisfied with the service. We love helping customers in their time of need!
