CELT Properties & Homes We are in the business of mobile home sales, rentals and lot rentals. We are also a licensed mobile home dealer for our community.

CELT Properties & Homes was established in June of 2008 by a long-time local family of Texas County. We stand strong on providing high quality and affordable housing along with professionalism to our tenants. Our motto is: “Honesty is the Best Guideline! It’s our policy!!!” We strive for strong business ethics from which the core values begin with Teamwork and Servant Leadership. We work hard to

provide safe, quality & affordable housing to the residents of our community. We do our part by looking ahead to the future and plan for the upcoming housing needs of our growing community and economic developments in our area. We currently have two mobile home communities inside the city limits of
Guymon, OK. We are in the business of mobile home rentals and lot rentals. We are also a licensed mobile home dealer for our community as well. Along with the home rentals, we offer a full line of mobile home parts including materials needed for set up all the way to doors, windows and plumbing supplies. We have two full time maintenance personnel along with full time office personnel. We go through continued education to keep up with the ever changing laws and technology. We are pro-preventative maintenance on ALL of our homes. We work hard to assure all our homes are well maintained and kept in clean & working condition at all times. We officer a wide variety of floor plans that is sure to suit the individual needs of each family. In June of 2012, we completed the construction of our new office, Laundromat and maintenance shop. Our Laundromat has triple load washing machines and high powered dryers. All the machines are high quality stainless steel. The machines are fast and energy efficient. We added water softening equipment for the washers which allows for better quality of washing along with using less detergent. We are proud to offer this service to our tenants along with the general public. Our extended hours of the Laundromat allows for customers who work shift work or odd hours a chance to get their laundry done without disrupting their normal routines. As of May 2013, we have completed our third expansion project. We have developed twelve more brand new mobile homes in our “Southwest” mobile home park. These homes are high-quality two bedroom, two bathroom homes. In April of 2012, we completed our second expansion project of nine brand new mobile homes. These homes are a combination of two & three bedroom, two bathroom homes. Our first mobile home expansion project started in April of 2009 where we added 20 brand new, three bedroom and two bathroom homes. As you can see, we have been working extremely hard over the past several years to help provide high quality and affordable housing to our ever-growing community that we serve.

Lease terms are 12 months. The tenant is responsible for all utilities: City of Guymon (gas, water, trash & sewer) and TCEC (electric). There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit. All pets must be approved by management before they are allowed on the property along with a signed pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee. Any person over the age of 18 must be included on the application and sign the lease agreement.
