Hi everyone!

As I return full force, my goal is to make every client interaction as positive as possible. I’ll be reviewing and updating my policies and checklists to ensure smoother communication and service.

Moving forward, I will no longer be offering the “pay-what-you-can” program. While it was created to help those in need, unfortunately it hasn’t worked out for our overhead expenses. Please know, I will always do my best to work with each client’s priorities and budget.

To keep things clear and professional, I’ll be requiring deposits, sending estimates, and providing agreements before services are confirmed.

I’m Alexis, the face behind Upscrub LLC. For those who don’t know me, here’s a little behind-the-scenes:

I’m a stay-at-home mom of two and married to my high school sweetheart, who pours his sweat, tears, and hard work into our family. I started this business four years ago, and I’m so grateful I did—it’s allowed me to meet so many amazing people who have become more than clients, they’ve become friends. ❤️

Over the years, I’ve learned so much about the art of cleaning. I’m not your typical “wipe & go” cleaner. I carefully use the right products for the right areas and restore things back to their original beauty whenever possible. I take great pride in my work and always aim to exceed expectations.

I’ll be honest—I slowed down for a while to balance motherhood and the stress of running a business full-time. But I’m ready to step back into it again, slowly and steadily. If you’re looking for someone who will truly care for your home, I’d love the chance to see if I’m the right fit for you.
