Cleaning Technician – Upscrub LLC
Upscrub LLC is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces, and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial cleaning services.
Complete deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and recurring maintenance cleans.
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces to company standards.
Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and provide excellent customer service.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Dependable, honest, and punctual.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
