Every property has a story, and this one was pretty special.

While cleaning this home, the homeowner shared that her late husband was a contractor. As I worked, I noticed several unique features around the property that showed the thought and craftsmanship he put into it. One thing that really stood out was the driveway drain. It may not seem like much to most people, but from a pressure washing standpoint, it was a game changer and made the job so much easier.

It’s always neat to see the little details and creative ideas that people build into their homes. This property was a reminder that good craftsmanship lasts long after the work is done.

And of course, we were able to get everything cleaned up and looking great again.

💦 9:00 AM – Pressure washer.
📸 11:00 AM – Social media content creator.
📋 1:00 PM – Estimator.
🤝 3:00 PM – Salesman.
📞 5:00 PM – Customer service department.
🧹 6:00 PM – Cleanup crew.
💰 8:00 PM – Bookkeeper.
😴 10:00 PM – Wonder why you’re tired.

But hey… at least I get to choose which 17 jobs I’m doing today. 😂

The list never gets shorter—maintaining equipment, marketing, quoting jobs, doing jobs, chasing leads, answering calls, and somehow remembering to eat.

Wouldn’t trade it for anything though.

Tell me you’re in Dallas without telling me you’re in Dallas…
Had my truck for a month and a half and they already got me. 🤦‍♂️

Was just trying to go watch my nephew graduate high school and ended up getting introduced to the Dallas welcome committee instead. Window busted, truck hit, but thankfully my family is safe and one of my buddies helped me get the window replaced quick.

You can replace glass and stuff. They can’t replace family. Still grateful.

Big shoutout to Keith and his team Kinect Glass Company. Called him Friday morning got the window ordered and in that afternoon and had me in after hours to get it done and back on the road. If you’re in the area they’re the folks you need to go see.

15+ years of neglect on this one. This client recently moved to the area and a local lawn care guy I know recommended us for the pressure washing. Definitely a project, but the home is finally starting to come back to life.

That’s the thing about these heavy restoration cleans — the worse they are, the more satisfying the transformation. Years of dirt, algae, and buildup gone and the property already looks completely different.

Little by little, it’s all coming together.
