We’re looking for housekeepers and inspectors, but let me be real.
I’m not looking for the “I just need some quick cash” kind.
I’m looking for the ones who actually care about the work they put their name on.
The ones who walk into a place and think,
“Yeah… this needs to be better” — and then fix it.

We’ve got room for:

✨ 2 inspectors (our Sparkle Specialists)

Good team. Good people. No nonsense.
Flexible schedule… but weekends are where the money’s at.
You’ll need your own stuff (supplies, car, phone)…

Our youngest daughter, Alyssa, worked with The Housekeeping Squad for over two years, and as many of our clients know, she balanced that while putting herself through nursing school.

Just over a year ago, she stepped away to focus fully on school and begin working directly with patients through an apprenticeship program. She’s worked long shifts, stayed committed, and continued school full time through it all.

We are so proud to say that today, she graduates as Alyssa Crumpton Ezykowich, RN 👩‍⚕️👏
Even more exciting—she has officially accepted a position as an ICU nurse.

(Fun fact—LeeAnn is Alyssa’s mother-in-law 💕)
So today, you won’t be reaching us in the office… me, Tim, LeeAnn, and Alyssa's supportive husband will be in our seats cheering her on and celebrating this huge accomplishment 🎓✨
Jehd will be ready and available to assist until our celebration wraps up.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged her along the way and to those who continue to ask how she’s doing—it truly means so much.

We are very proud parents, and today is all about celebrating her 💙

Alright owners… I owe y’all a tiny apology in advance 😅

At our team meeting yesterday, I challenged the Squad to step it up and report at least TWO things that need attention—anything looking worn, off, or just not shining like it should—every single time we walk into a property.

Now before you panic—no, your place didn’t suddenly fall apart overnight 😂
We’re just slowing down and really looking at your property through the eyes of a paying guest 👀

So yes… you might start seeing more RC notifications come through.
Maybe it feels like information overload.
Maybe it’s something you already knew.
Or maybe it’s something you want fixed ASAP.

Either way—this is us leaning all the way in… and just know, we’ve got you.

We’re not just here to spread the sparkle ✨
We’re here to be your eyes on your investment and catch the little things before they turn into big things.

I thought I'd have a little fun for the day and ask chat GPT to write an unhinged bio of me. I'd say it's pretty spot on and I bet my team would agree 😂✨🫶🏼

Owner of a beachside cleaning empire, part-time chaos coordinator, full-time “how did this become my life” energy.
