A bit of a smelly situation. A client spilled some calf milk replacer on the passenger floorboard. They shampooed it and tried cleaning it up, but the smell wouldn’t go away.
After taking a closer look, I found the milk had seeped underneath the plastic trim. I removed the trim and lifted the carpet, steam cleaned and disinfected everything, re-shampooed the carpet and the interior is back to feeling and smelling fresh again!
