Looking for an outgoing, hardworking individual to join our team. Experience preferred but will train the right person. We are a rapidly growing, professional, commercial, and residential cleaning service based in Winter Garden, FL. We are looking for a friendly individual with exceptional leadership skills, who we can train to be a team leader. Must be professional and great with people. As a team leader you will have your own crew of cleaners, and will be responsible for transporting and supervising your team on the jobs assigned to you for that day. You must have a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle that you can use for work. You will be reimbursed for mileage, gas, and tolls. The position is part time to start, but hours will increase as we take on more clients. We work primarily Monday-Friday from 9 to whenever that day's jobs are done, usually no later than 5. The pay is $15/cleaning hour plus tips, with the possibility for increases based on performance. We provide all supplies and equipment. You will be responsible for making sure your team has everything they need for the day, and insuring that equipment is properly maintained and cared for. You must be physically fit as this job requires heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time, and you will need to move at a very fast pace. You will be required to wear comfortable pants (no shorts), shoes, and socks (you must wear them as you will need to take off your shoes when you enter most of our homes), we provide uniform shirts. My name is Cyndi, I am the owner and manager of Magic Maids. You will find that I am pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I am flexible, so if you need to be off one day, or come in late, or leave early, just let me know, I will work with you when it comes to scheduling. However, I have extremely high standards when it comes to cleaning, and I like things done a certain way. I will show you exactly what I want done and how, all you have to do is do it. I strive for perfection, and expect nothing less from my employees. This is not an easy job, it is physically exhausting, and very tedious. But if you are willing to work hard, it can also be very rewarding. You will be required to pass a drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment. Only serious inquiries need apply.
