We’re looking for a HARD-WORKING, RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE person to join our cleaning team! 🖤

This is a PART-TIME position with room to grow for the right person.

💰 STARTING PAY: $20/HOUR

📅 SCHEDULE

Monday • Wednesday • Friday
⏰ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🕐 18 HOURS PER WEEK

🧽 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ Hard-working and dependable
✔️ Reliable transportation — REQUIRED
✔️ Must be able to pass a background check
✔️ Good attention to detail
✔️ Takes pride in their work
✔️ Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
✔️ Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties
✔️ Professional and respectful with clients and coworkers
✔️ Willing to learn and take direction
✔️ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔️ Must be comfortable cleaning independently after training

🏠 TRAINING & WORKING INDEPENDENTLY

You will start with hands-on training so you can learn our cleaning methods, products, checklists, standards, and expectations.

Training days and times may vary depending on scheduling and what is needed during your training period.

Once training is completed, your regular schedule will be:

MONDAY • WEDNESDAY • FRIDAY | 9AM–3PM

You will need to be comfortable working by yourself at cleaning locations after you have been properly trained.

We’re looking for someone who can eventually be trusted to walk into a job, know what needs to be done, follow our standards, and get the job done correctly without needing someone beside them the entire time.

📈 60-DAY PERFORMANCE REVIEW & OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

You will begin at $20/hour.

After successfully completing your first 60 days, you may be eligible for a pay increase if you consistently meet our expectations.

Eligibility for a raise will be based on things such as:

✔️ Quality of work
✔️ Attendance and punctuality
✔️ Reliability
✔️ Attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work independently
✔️ Following company standards and checklists
✔️ Professional attitude
✔️ Overall performance

Performance bonuses may also be available as you prove yourself and become a dependable part of our team.

We need someone who shows up, is on time, and takes their job seriously.

We understand emergencies happen, but frequent call-offs, lateness, no-shows, or unreliable attendance will not be a good fit for our team.
